I wanted to thank you for your support and assistance.
We have two smoke detectors and think only one was working but had no idea really. I contacted Paul and arranged a time to come and have a look. He arrived promptly and quickly assessed that both smoke detectors were past their sell by date and indeed one wasn’t working and not connecting with the other one. Both the detectors were replaced and are now working. They do go off more regularly now, and now work together making a louder noise, which is great.
I would recommend Paul for his efficiency and quality of service and work. Thank you
