We were well pleased with the service received at all levels from Franklins. We received a good price and all the booking and payment processes were easy and swift.
The lads who came to collect our stuff arrived promptly at 5.30pm in the pitch black and pouring down rain! They just got on with the job so well and were finished in a couple of hours. A couple of coffees kept them going and they tols us a couple of amusing anecdotes from their travels.
We asked them if they could pass on that we needed to split our furniture etc into 2 separate units at the storage centre, i.e all the garden and

We moved from France to the UK in September and Franklins were there every step of the way. The Removal Guys were brilliant. They dealt with getting our sofas over a first floor balcony, which was no mean feat. They collected on a Wednesday and were back in the UK the following morning delivering my furniture. The service was just fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone planning a move

We hired Franklin's removals to move our belongings as we were relocating from the UK to central France. Their quote was very reasonable. I was sent forms to complete and typed up an inventory so Franklin's could deal with customs for me. Michael and Lee contacted me when the arrived in France to give me an ETA. They arrived on time and got straight to work. They were friendly, efficient, well organised and took great care with our possessions. I have already recommended Franklin's removals to others looking to make the same move soon. Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

From the very start of our experience with Franklins it has been 2nd to none. Both Emma & Ben have been so helpful with regards to the logistics & customs clearance at the office, then the level of communication with the drivers Simon & Kieran kept us up-to speed and true to their word 7am in SW France the well presented truck arrived. We have a tight access to our property this was no problem granted it took a few attempts but they did not give up. Unloading was no issue to these guys, polite and well presented in Franklin's uniform. They had no problem putting possessions

I had great experience from start to finish with Franklins. We had our items removed from our house (whilst we weren't there), stored for 3 months, then imported into the EU at a later date. I was supported through the various (and at times complex) steps with clear, friendly and simple communications, and help was provided whenever requested. Franklins did exactly what they said they would, without fuss or complications. Our items arrived carefully packed and in good condition. Thank you guys!

We made our move to France in late 2020 and left our house to be sold in the UK. With Covid we had no opportunity to be in UK to do the detailed packing work. When the house sold it was with little notice that we called Franklins to move our items to France. They were flexible in storage requirements and timing. Just fantastic. Great price too. They delivered on time and and with care. Thank you Ben for the assistance with all the Covid / Brexit driven paperwork and Simon for the great pickup and drop off experience. Highly recommended.

I had to move from the UK to France, everything was very smooth from the beginning, staff easy to deal with via email, these people actually reply, unlike many other removals companies, and I was able to provide most needed paperwork vie email and scans, which helped me greatly as I wasn't on site. On the collection day Gary and Dean were very efficient, friendly and took care of wrapping more fragile items carefully. Everything was delivered in France a few days later as planned by two other friendly and polite guys, and everything was intact and complete. Good value for money too, I would definitely
