Pros: Lovely kitchen units and they are fab quality. Really pleased with the result.
Cons: Incredibly unhelpful delivery drivers who just want to dump them and go. Parts missing which you are expected to buy yourself, and then integrated appliances are a pain to fit as some how you are expected to have the tools to drill holes for door hinges. The staff are friendly and they do respond to enquries quickly. It's let down by making the whole fitting experience more difficult than it should be.

Ordered online and arrived by the delivery guys on the drive( all solid units ) super pleased with it and husband installed it himself and worktops from another company. Had a drawer door missing but was… resolved really quickly over the phone and the free hot tap we had with the units is a god send! Very pleased we ordered from them and my friends are changing their kitchen soon and recommend better kitchens. 😀😀😀

Kitchen arrived as per shipment date, I have now installed the items and I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of the units.
delivery was a little slow but I was informed on purchase date of this.
everything was well packed no damage to any items.
Overall very impressed with the quality. My only disappointment was the lack of screws (quantity) that came with the units. additionally the end edging strip that came with the white worktop was a different colour to the front edging (front strip was silver -- end strip was white) .

Very pleased with the quality of our kitchen carcasses and doors. Great help with the design of the kitchen too. Our delivery was during the first lockdown and there were a few hick ups with timings unsurprisingly and a couple of items missing. However, these were sorted out and we are still pleased that we chose this company as the quality was far better than others we had looked at but at a much better price. We did visit the showroom before lockdown which helped in the decision to go with this company. My husband installed the kitchen and it has been reasonably straightforward. We are very pleased

I live in London but chose to buy from Better Kitchens (a long way away) because of the excellent and very user friendly website. They have the biggest spectrum of cabinet sizes that I could find anywhere, including the big retailers. Everything was delivered on time and as expected. The units are strong, sturdy and very good quality.

We bought a couple of cabinets for our utility room. The product is largely good (although one door has come of its hinge after two weeks) and the people are polite.
However, the products took weeks to get to us, and one of the items was unexpectedly left off the delivery, as something went wrong in the assembly process. It then also didn’t arrive at the next delivery date about a week later. We had to repeatedly chase for a new ETA as we heard nothing, and it finally arrived a few days later again. This put our project back even further, and our booked-in builders too. No compensation for what
