Martin was fantastic! Called him mid morning to book an appointment to change a garage lock, he came by 2pm. Martin changed it there and then even though I was at work, he posted new keys and invoice through letterbox. Excellent quality lock and workmanship and value for money! After reading some horror stories about locksmiths taking advantage of customers, it was with some trepidation I searched for someone to gain entry into a front door with a broken lock.
Martin explained his cost structure via text which seemed surprisingly reasonable, so I took a chance and we met at the property in question.
Long story short, the lock turned out to be broken internally - probably due to someone trying to gain access with a crowbar - but Martin refused to be beat and eventually managed to open the door after having to climb through a small window to reach the mechanism.

Martin was excellent. Our front door wouldn’t shut or lock and within half an hour he was here. Fixed our door, tweaked some other issues with it and in half an hour it’s was like having a new door. Lovely chap, very professional and excellent price. Which we had called him sooner. Couldn’t recommend more.

Came out at the earliest convenience for myself to fix a handle/lock on a window. Was really helpful and explained fully what was being done and what was needed. Brilliant price and would 100% use again should I need a locksmith.

Martin came promptly. He repaired the back door and fitted a British standard anti snap lock. He also fitted a new window lock for me. He was most professional and courteous. The cost was most reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.
