Very untrustworthy, had CCTV install done in 2016, DVR suddenly stopped working. called to get it fixed as he mentioned 2 years warranty. At first he denied ever installing CCTV but when I gave him evidence that he did do it. He claimed that I must have opened the unit causing it to break. I have now had a proper CCTV install done with more reliable equipment.
