The designer Rachel did a great job of working with my small, slightly awkward bathroom and really got in everything I wanted, which some other places dismissed as impossible. It looks lovely now, functions beautifully, I couldn't be happier. Thanks!
Edit: I can't find Eddie of Prenga Bathrooms, who fitted it, on google reviews, but he did an amazing job in my challenge of an old house - Victorian terrace, you gotta love 'em, but they do need upkeep.

Recently had a very old and tired shower room replaced. YPS designed and fitted a beautiful new rom for us .. completely different ( but infinitely better ) lay out . We are delighted . The team at YPS were patient and professional and importantly in current times very safe. I would highly recommend their services.

We have just had our beautiful bathroom designed, supplied and fitted by YPS.
From our very first meeting at the Otley showroom, we were expertly advised by Sam on fittings and fixtures and what would work best for our requirements.
Michelle carried out a full site survey. We discussed styles and again, we received excellent guidance and support. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
Our fitter, Fran, was brilliant. If he had questions, he took photos and sent them to me when I was at work so that we could talk through what needed to be done. His workmanship shows what a perfectionist he is. He

We decided to go to YPS for our new bathroom as we wanted to support a local business and because of the excellent reviews. Michelle was very patient with us as we were not exactly sure what we wanted and is clearly an expert in design. The software combined with the large monitor made the whole process a lot easier as we were able to easily visualise the final design.
Eddie was our bathroom fitter and we have nothing but praise for him. We were consulted about everything and he helped us make our decisions. His work ethic is outstanding and the quality of his work cannot be faulted. Most evenings
