The team from Elys Removal Service were so flexible and helpful, I cannot praise them enough. I ended up having to do removal day without my partners help, but they more than made up for it with their pro-active and helpful attitude and willingness to graft and use their common sense.
When booking it and working to try and get a date they were also helpful and sensible, working with me on what ended up a short turnaround to guarantee completion on time.
Every step of the way they went above and beyond helping to make a very stressful day manageable. Thank you!

They only told me the price of moving me on the day so I had little choice to refuse, plus they wanted cash in hand and all they did was swear their heads off the whole time especially when they lifted arts of my couch that I had taken apart for them to make it easier. Now they are demanding more money. I think because a couple of their vans were getting repairs done they hiked the price up to lower their repair costs which is not my problem.

Ely's Removals helped us with our 6th house move in 12 years, so we have a lot of experience of good and bad movers. These guys are outstanding, moving us across the county on the hottest days of the year, and coming out of lock down. They may not have the superficial slickness of the big companies, but their service from initial survey, booking and move was outstanding. In the 35C heat and the frustrations of reassembling an Ikea bed, Anthony and Andy were on top of everything with incredible calmness and cheerfulness. I really cannot recommend these guys enough. Being in a wheelchair, with a young child, I thought moving our stuff would be very difficult, but with Ely Removals, this was simply not so. They were friendly, hardworking professionals and great with kids too! They have gone above and beyond to help us through this challenging time. 10/10
