Called late morning as key had snapped off in lock, John was around very quickly, my key was out in about 10 minutes of John being there.
Very professional, knowledgeable and stuck around to make sure the job was done.
Would definitely recommend, a lot cheaper than expected as well which was a bonus. Will be using again if needed…

Our patio door would not lock after being reinstalled by a double glazing company who had tried to repair it but failed. We contacted Maidstone Locksmiths he came the same day at the appointed time and repaired the lock for a very reasonable price I have given the repair two week to see if it is still working correctly and it is as good as new. Would have no hesitation in contacting them again if any of our locks failed or we should need a emergency repair. Very polite and professional

I have a real issue with tradesman, sorry guys, but these days I dread asking someone round as there are so many tradesman that give you a price that is totally ridiculous and greedy, not the case in this instance, brilliant service and very reasonably priced, completely trust worthy, he even did a couple of alterations that he noticed at no extra cost. First genuine person I have come across in a long time.

Exceptional. My elderly Mum locked herself out. John from Maidstone Locksmiths arrived in 30 minutes, did the job, and charged about half the price I'd have expected. A lesser person might have taken advantage of the situation. Absolutely outstanding, honest, competent guy :)
