I see that the owner of this business has replied accusing me of giving a false review. This is not a false review but a genuine reflection of my experience with Dan Redman. He behaved extremely unprofessionally, was unresponsive and then accused me of wasting his time when I asked for further details about the work to be done. This man is emotionally unstable and unfit to deal with customers and I am now beginning to experience emotional distress from the harassment I am receiving to remove this review.
