Very disappointed with their service. Our orangery is 3 years old and started leaking the first year. They came to fix it 3 times and still leaks every time it rains. Now even when it’s not raining it still leaks. We’re afraid to even turn on the lights because the water is dripping from the light bulb. We are so frustrated. Now we need to wait for 15 days until they come to check.

I have used NTW twice before. Initial response is prompt. Design options are thoroughly discussed. Subsequent visit by surveyor established exact details of work. I received a call a few weeks later to agree a date for installation and the work was done on time. The windows and door are well made and as usual I am very happy with the work.

Ordered windows, fitters arrived early (which was great!). They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and were a great team.
My new windows look fantastic. I'm so pleased with both the fitting and the service from the company beforehand. They have been understanding of my needs and have been nothing but excellent all the way.
To add to this, I had my composite door fitted two weeks after the windows. Guys were really professional (I expected nothing less!), friendly and perfectionists! Excellent service there! They worked really hard and I was impressed.

Absolutely superb, from quoting to the fitters. Just a little lacking on communication to confirm fitting date was going ahead but the product, price, quality, but best of all the 2 fitters, Ricky and Mark. Absolute credit to the company, polite, superb at their job and we had a right laugh. Which is needed in these times at the moment. Cleaned up, left the place with beautifully fitted windows. Cannot wait for the doors to arrive so it's all complete. Thank you Ricky and Mark, superb job.
