Rang to get an appointment for someone to come and quote for AC, rang two days later when call wasn't returned. Appointment made (MD was apparently calling out to see us). On the day no-one turned up, no courtesy call to say that they couldn't make it and no response to email sent expressing our disappointment with their lack of service. Don't say you cant trace my phone calls either as I'll be happy to post the call details from our itemised phone billing.

System never worked and despite multiple requests they will not come ,review and makes plans with us to meet our needs. Often the engineers they send say they have no experience of the product they are servicing. PS Gary Lane who has reviewed this company on google and rated it 5 stars is a partner and project manager of the company !! Thats how professional these people are ! My project was installed by Colmar Construction so yes Gary you did design my system.
