Aranged to have a measuring day for numerous flooring, said they would call before. Never heard anything so called them and was rudely told they dont have the time to let people know, especially if they are out fitting. Used flair along the road, cheaper and much better customer service.

Can’t recommend kingdom carpets highly enough. I have always used them for my carpets and won’t go anywhere else.

Avoid at all costs! Ridiculously over priced, poor quality carpets. Terrible customer service also. Since being ripped off buying a carpet from Kingdom, I have been in contact with other carpet suppliers who can supply better quality carpets for a fraction of the price. Per previous reviews - aside from terrible quality of the carpets, the length of time it took to supply was a joke. Avoid avoid avoid!!

The only place in this area where a would go to choose and have my carpet fitted. You really won't be spoilt for choice at Kingdom and all are top quality. And the guys in there are so welcoming and genuinely will do what they can to help you with whatever you put to them. Thank you guys 10/10
