David has worked for the company for 30 years & is passionate about his business & ensuring customers leave having had a good experience. Suzanne is David's sister & has worked for the family company for 15 years. She has an in depth knowledge of the storage industry & greatly helps customers decide the correct size of unit to suit their requirements.
We have an I for Williams load-lugger trailer which customers may use to assist them move larger loads, this is available at our Perth and Auchterarder sites. The trailer can carry loads up to 2 tonnes & is ideal for longer items which do not fit in a car or van. The trailer comes complete with a loading ramp making it perfect for heavier items which can be wheeled into it.
We accept deliveries for business when customers are not onsite & can arrange for these to be placed in the customer's room. When it comes to domestic self storage we can provide storage for a few boxes, or for the entire contents of your home. You can store practically anything regardless of size, from beds to barbeques, cars to clothes, motorbikes to microwaves, Granny's furniture, indeed anything at all as long as it's not illegal, flammable or perishable!
Whether you are packing for long term or short term self storage, you will want to know all your possessions are wrapped and packed securely. Label or number your boxes for reference purposes. This will make moving to your move home much easier. Plan your storage carefully and leave things you may require at the front for easy access.

We rented one of the large units at Auchterarder for about 3-4 months while between selling and purchasing houses. The office staff were very efficient, able to swiftly answer all questions, and extremely helpful. In addition, the storage unit was clean, well ventilated, and had good access. We were very pleased with the rental and were so lucky that a unit had been vacated just before calling to ask about availability.

I hired the storage container for one year. My stuff which was a whole house didn't get damaged by damp or mould. It was simple to access. It was a seamless process for hiring. Overall it is a high quality storage unit and I would definitely use it again. I would highly recommend David Lindsay self storage to anyone who asked.

This is a really great storage facility in Perth - the 24-hour access is extremely convenient, and unlike some of the larger facilities, the size of this one is perfect for accessing your containers. The bigger places actually make it harder to access your storage unit, and they are less convenient, whereas here, I never had a problem gaining access to my storage. I was able to get very close to the door with my vehicles, and so could load & unload with ease. The price is very competitive, and the staff are lovely - I highly recommend David Lindsay for your storage needs.

These guys are absolutely the best! I had a problem with the closing date of the sale of my House and the purchase of my new home. I had to call the manager at least 4 times to change the date and or time of the pickup and delivery of my belongings and each time he was understanding and patient as we worked through the logistics. It worked out that they picked up on a Monday morning and basically held it on the truck ready to deliver until they had to have the truck on Thursday. It was finally delivered on Friday when my closing was secured but during the time it was on the truck the delivery date
