Work involved removing a disused flue from a (failed) flat roof single storey side extension, stripping out and replacing existing roofing felt and perished boarding.
Detailed specification provided with a reasonable quote. Was advised that if additional boards were required, this would be extra (and once again, a reasonable price was given). In the end additional boards weren't required. Scott and Mark agreed a date, kept to it and started at 0800. Finished at 1400 and all the old roof materials and flue were cleared from the site. Can't fault the workmanship and professionalism of RST and will

Excellent service from the guys at rst. I had a leaky felt roof on my brick built shed . A good size aswel . They came a replaced all the old rubbish felt . With a double layer 15 year guarantee waterproofing and felt. They did an amazing job and he was so honest when I asked if any boards needing changing as I have a few quotes we're I was told they did . He said the boards were in good shape and it would be a waste of money to change them. So he saved me a couple hundred there . They came just after 8am and didn't leave till 5 . Proper full days graft. My wife and I are super happy with the results

I had RST to repair a leaking flat roof. They were brilliant. They turned up on time when they said they would and did an absolutely first class job applying a new felt roof. Scott came out and quoted me a competative price for my garage roof. They came to do it about a week later as agreed and did a fantastic job. They did exactly as they said they would and replaced a small piece of rotten boarding free of charge. My property was left neat and tidy to the point that you wouldn’t have thought that they had even been there, apart from the new roof. I would highly recommend RST Midlands and they would definitely be my first port of call for any other work.
