Don’t use this company. Set up call out to assess air con in house and fix if possible in first hour. Sent a contractor who doesn’t work for them directly. Didn’t even bring coolant in van so unable to top up, he left and we had to pay full call out charge. When he left we received a quote from D—AIR for over £700 to fix!!!!!! Phone another company who can and fix in initial call out with no extra charges above their call out charge.
