Phoned Dyson Roofing this morning as one of our neighbours pointed out there was a loose tile hanging over our front door. After phoning a few places, Dyson roofing picked up and arrived 30 minutes later. Issue resolved perfectly and at reasonable price. They are now in my contacts for any future jobs. Had a leak around a velux window in my attic and in the corner of a room where a gutter downpipe had become disconnected. Called, came out hours later to look, fixed the roof and the downpipe at the time very quickly and for a good price. When fixing the roof found some rotten timber and felt which was also replaced too, without changing the price. Very happy, thank you

I called these individuals. They turned up and three of them wandered around on my roof. They painted a small area with tar and changed a couple of tiles with nails of the wrong size, and charged me £250! They also wanted VAT. If in doubt as to whether they are VAT registered when the work was carried out, telephone HMRC to confirm. If they are not VAT registered, they cannot charge VAT. I feel the work was shoddy and grossly overcharged. Water was still leaking into my roof shortly afterwards. Very disappointed with these individuals.
