As I cannot reply to LCS' comments below, I am forced to submit another review in order to address their comments.
LCS did NOT carry out any document checks when my mum went for this work trial. The trial was unpaid and only when we challenged this did Gemma state that the trial was unpaid. Gemma's specific words FROM the recording I have mentioned in my previous review is as follows
"It was a trial run and interview, it was made clear to all of them before they actually started and they were all given the option if they were not happy then they could go and I thanked them for their time"

Deleted my review in error from my own account hence posting the review again to ensure that anyone that wishes to use/work for this company are fully aware of our experience with them.
Unprofessional and unethical cleaning company. Promised my mum a cleaning job subject to a "trial clean" via text from Gemma. My mum turned up with all her docs and found multiple other people there who were also promised the job on the basis of a trial clean.
At no point was it explained that it would be an unpaid trial. No interview questions were asked, no DBS checked, no right to work documents checked. (This

I worked for them at little harrowden ,had to beg for cleaning chemicals and Hoover bags I am now begging for my P45 which they will not send and have now been blocked by the manager .Gemma,I'm about to report them to HMRC! ( Have had the same phone number for 10 years and email)one day later,I now have my p45 thanks to Sarah intervening.

Asked management for stock for three weeks,still waiting! Having to use the same mop that's covered in urine from cleaning school toilets,then we have to clean the staff room with the same mop absolutely disgusting!! In a school too,cross infection is spread this way we are made to use the same cloths on every toilet every day until the end of the week where they get washed,shocking!!!
