Update: 27th of August 2021
Chased once again for the cushions after being told I would be contacted at beginning of August for delivery. It’s a shame after such a bad experience and being told I would be looked and contacted if there was any delays. The cushions were not received so it will be another six weeks at least. These are cushions which I should have had December 2020. The remaining cushions are expected January 2022.
Update July 2021: spoke Zahra and told she is personally looking after my account going forward, three cushions are due to arrive in August and she is ordering the two

Excellent service, literally replace most of my old furniture with Denelli furniture, looks fantastic and good quality, Aj couldn't have been anymore helpful or patient as I'm a very fusy in what I like. He kept me updated with my order status as it was a 12 week lead which was not a problem for me and seems to be the norm with the pandemic. Furniture arrived on time and delivery guys were very careful bringing the furniture into my property and setting it all up.
Totally recommend Aj and Denelli for a fantastic service and products.

Lovely looking sofa. Ordered swatches which arrived in a timely fashion but after doing my research I learned that sofas sold by Denelli Italia are not made in Italy as their website would lead you to believe but CHINA so I decided against making any purchase. Also put off by the other negative reviews which highlight the poor quality of their products synonymous with Made in China brand. Misleading the public so do not recommend!

We were looking for 2 new sofas for several months and visited many furniture showrooms. We saw Denelli Italia on the internet and visited their showroom in Milton Keynes from our home in North Shropshire expecting more of the same. However, what a surprise! Huge showroom, plenty of choice, no high pressure sales, gave us plenty of their time. We ordered 2 Michell sofas in light blue suede/leather and advised of delivery in 12 weeks. Almost 12 weeks to the day they were delivered by two very polite guys who unpacked and positioned our sofas. I cannot fault this company and I am delighted with our
