Fantastic service, ordered a cut price of glass for the top of a new piece of furniture, wasn't even sure if this was possible given it's a very low key request but blown away by the speed of response and the glass being ready the following day and a perfect fit. Fantastic service today from BGT. I needed to tile an irregular shape on the floor left by the removal of a cupboard. Of course the existing tiles on the floor were discontinued....and I needed to fill the gap… quickly. BGT found me suitable tiles, cut them to shape and phoned me to say they were ready all within a few hours. All for a very good price. This is customer service at it's best. Thank you. Chris Jeans
