Roofglaze manufactures an exceptional range of Rooflight daylight solutions, All our Skyway Flatglass rooflights are designed and made using state of the art CAD techniques and automated CNC machining.
Skyway Protect+ Rooflights offer the aesthetically-pleasing natural daylight of standard Skyway Flatglass, but with the added security of an upgraded specification. Fully thermally broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging, reducing the risk of condensation. Excellent thermal performance, with total system U Values as low as 0.4 W/m. K achievable.

The quality of the roof lantern is amazing and can't fault that at all, Only reason why this isn't a one star!
The reason for this review is the fact we received a damaged part which wasn't damaged in transit as the package was top notch but the part was obviously damaged before it was packaged!
Because I didn't open them up as soon as they were delivered and only opened 12 days after delivery when they were being fitted to reduce the risk of damage, I had to pay for the part to be replaced! At a total of £70 to replace a part they damaged is shocking!
Having payed over £1500 for the lantern

Did a bit of research before settling on a Korniche roof lantern, a very clever construction that makes putting together easy with minimal risk. Roofglaze seemed to have the best prices online and loads of sizes. Needed reassurance on delivery as it was ordered during lockdown, which they provided on email too, so all in all a fantastic result.

Communication wasn't great, however I bought during lockdown, and although delivery took a while, all in all I am pleased with the purchase. Quality of product was spot on, price was better than anywhere else. Room for improvement is communication and perhaps a bit more customer care when placing an order...I ordered the bi-folds, not knowing that on the openings I had to add a bit more either side so it was an absolute nightmare to get them in.

My first contact was with Sam who led me through my options and went above and beyond to fulfil my expectations, he supplied me with two roof lanterns and two sets of bifold doors.
On the day of installation a gentleman called Ian arrived and fitted both lanterns with no hassle and even to my amazement he took all the rubbish from packaging etc away with him.
He then returned a few weeks later as agreed to install my bifold doors, this was amazing to watch, his attention to detail

Wasn’t happy with the first company I approached for my bespoke korniche lantern and found these guys in a google search. Spoke to them first and Tom was very helpful, quickly followed up with an email answering my questions. Placed my order a few days later (as the price was a lot cheaper than other companies) and it arrived, as promised, 9 days later. Breeze to install so saved the builders cost too!
The whole process was excellent throughout, great communication keeping me up to date and can highly recommend them
