No show,no communications, very unprofessional. A call to cancel or explain a delay doesn't need an MBA to figure out, manners and courtesy cost them nothing. If this is how they treat potential customers when they're vying for your business, I dread to think how bad they'd be once they have your money. A lucky escape, best of luck if you use them but judging by my experience,best to stay clear!
