I didn't get a response to my enquiry. I used the website contact facility and received an automated acknowledgement with the advice that I would be contacted as soon as possible, so there was no question of me misdirecting my enquiry. There was no information suggesting that they may have been on holiday, so I assume that wasn't the case. After a week, there was no follow-up.
