Founded in 2006, Aktiv Pest Control started as a family run business and rapidly became a recognisable company. Our customer satisfaction is our main priority as a company and we believe along side our professionalism this has got us where we are today.
The NPTA (National Pest Technicians Association) provided access to the training courses and qualifications required to be where we are today, this allows us to provide full documentation of all Pest Control issues we rectify helping with departments such as Health and Safety and following the guidelines of The Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949.Without recognising, our reputation from word of mouth alone had led to expansion in the company.
We realised with the success we as a company also needed to progress, it proved expansion in our workforce was necessary. We had no option but to carefully employ further qualified members of staff which led to us being able to offer much more as a company.

Exceptional service and results. We had a problem with biscuit beetles and Aktiv successfully managed to get rid of them really quickly. We highly recommend Aktiv to anyone looking for pest control and we’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Considering what is currently going on. The service I had from Aktiv was amazing and can’t fault them. I had large worms on our patio. Having a small child we were about her eating them. The service we got was responsive and excellent service. Thank you Higgins

Spoke to a lovely helpful lady today who gave me reassurance regarding a wasp nest. I will keep an eye on it as the Queen has just come out if hibernation and we have only seen one wasp going in so the nest hasn't been built yet. Thank you so much as there are lots of companies willing to take your money wen the nest isn't even built yet!! Would definitely recommend this company fir their honesty

Found a medium sized wasps nest. Rang Aktiv on a Saturday afternoon and within an hour and a half were at my house. It was explained what would happen and for me to be careful. 15 minutes later wasps were treated and was wasp free in half an hour. Very polite service and attentive service. Excellent.
