Expected more from a product i paid over £1000 for when returned was sold another product and not told it was ex display when went into shop to resolve the problem was met with very bad customer service from the owner, my advice what looks too good to be true usually is 😉

Bought a bed and mattress in January, it was really bad snow on delivery day but the delivery guys did an excellent job delivering and building my bed. My bed and mattress are still as good as the day it was delivered, really good quality products. Customer service was excellent and so was communication. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend

Absolutely disgusted with how we were treated by the sales team here, they attempted to mis sell us a bed that would have been completely unsuitable, bullied us into leaving a "payment to lock the price in" that we didn't need, and then refused to pay this back in full claiming an admin fee needs to be charged, despite us not even putting an order in with them. The sales team are very rude and aggressive on the phone and my partner was left very upset after speaking with them. Tried to support a local business and got screwed over for it. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

We were recommended here by a mum from my sons school! So we called in to visit the showroom. Greeted by a very friendly sales man who quickly got to grips with what we needed. The selection of beds is second to none. All of a superior quality, very modern and lots of choice of colours. Delivered by friendly staff and assembled in no time, no problems whatsoever. Bed and mattress is fantastic - we bought it as a package and worked out very competitive on price with no compromise on quality. We preferred the saso showroom experience to some of big chain retailers. More personal. Local and yes lots

Found them on the internet as they sell Harrison Spinks mattresses. The salesman there(Phil) was extremely helpful and did not pressure us into buying and allowed us to test these mattresses. He was very helpfull in the aftersales service and the mattress was delivered on time. Would definately recommend SASO to everyone.

Went to visit Saso as I'd been let down by a previous bed shop and had been sleeping on the floor for 5 weeks and needed a bed quickly! I was met by Diane when I went in and she was lovely advising me when I asked questions and leaving me to browse/think/decide when I needed it. I did spend more than I wanted to but it was worth it and I am very happy with the new bed! Diane did everything she could to get the bed to me as quick as possible and a week later the bed was delivered and put up by the drivers, all rubbish taken away including my old mattress, all in under 30mins!
