I found Crystal Sigma on Google, I called them as our air condition system stopped working, the person spoke to on the phone was really helpful, knew accurately what he was talking about and he sent an engineer the next day and fixed the fault in 2 hours, extremely pleased with the service and price point. I called on a Sunday and was instructed by the voicemail that, due to the holiday weekend, they were closed until Monday, but I should email my request. Much to my surprise, *crystal sigma* admin got back to me quickly asking for my phone number. Mid-afternoon Sunday, I got a call from crystal sigma about scheduling an appointment. When I asked for *as soon as possible* he said that he could come install my window AC on Monday evening at 9:00.
