Buckingham Joinery produces a full range of purpose built joinery including windows, external and internal doors, conservatories, floors, staircases, libraries, kitchens, wardrobes and bathrooms. We specialise in using reclaimed Pitch Pine, known for its extraordinary durability and beautiful grain.
We keep a good stock sourced from the demolition of old industrial buildings, hospitals and churches. Once we have de-nailed the beams, we saw them to size and kiln season the planks ready for whatever our latest commission may be. Our painted joinery is spray painted in our workshop to the finished coat before delivery.
Peter Buckingham has been involved in the production of custom made joinery since starting an apprenticeship in 1972 with Dove Brothers of Islington who specialized in the very highest quality joinery work required in the restoration of many of London's churches and historical buildings.
