Door Entry System Services came to the rescue when I discovered my buzzer probably wasn't working after missing a few deliveries - I'd just bought the flat and didn't really know how to fix it so I thought I'd call in the professionals! Robin responded to my query with great knowledge and gave a quote and time of when he would come. He arrived on time and then it became clear that the issue was possibly more complicated than it originally seemed. He needed to do quite a bit of investigating but sorted what must have been a long standing issue. He clearly takes pride in his work and he even tidied

We had such a great experience with this company. Robin was very responsive and fitted us in within a couple of days. We have a HikVision door entry system but it has never worked due to an irresponsible previous contractor. Robin came and fixed the entire thing and obviously had previous experience with this brand. He was very polite and professional and we felt very confident in his workmanship. Altogether a great experience! Thank you very much Robin.

Company's secure door entry system failed and required quick resolution. Robin from Door Entry System Services acknowledged our enquiry within minutes. He visited same day, and fixed the problem, explaining what had failed and what parts were being fitted. The entire customer experience was excellent, the issue was resolved and the cost was good.

Robin at DEES was recommended by a friend. My door entry handset replacement was organised very efficiently and I was kept informed of arrival time on the day.
When Robin arrived he was highly professional and friendly and went above and beyond when speaking to other stair residents about a possible stair wide issue, which is now fixed.
I would highly recommend the services of DEES due to their quality of service and desire to go the extra mile for the customer. If I need similar work in the future, I will go straight to DEES.

Outstanding service for replacement of the door entry system incorporating the original wiring system for 10 flats on 5 floors. Right from the initial visit to the final installation I was very confident with this contractor. The whole process was excellent including the additional replacing and remounting the doorstop on the glass door. I would gladly recommend this company without any hesitation.

Can't recommend enough - had problems with my buzzer for years and Robin was incredibly patient and persistent in trying to help me fix the problem. He went above and beyond and was very efficient, helpful and not patronising at all (which makes a nice change as a woman).
