We needed a survey in a hurry and Don was happy to help. The report produced represented the condition of the property exactly and very comprehensively. Where necessary technical detail was added, with careful explanation of the terminology and negative aspects of the property where evaluated so we knew exactly what we might have to deal with. I would not use anyone else.
