The majority of our work is based around the social housing sector and over the years the company has grown from strength to strength. We now carry out work across a broad spectrum and are specialists' in External Wall Insulation, Roofing and general building maintenance and repair, offering a one stop shop service.
Leigh was originally an accredited accountant before moving into quantity surveying and gaining sub-contracting, concrete frame manufacturing and main contracting experience. Leigh is also an accredited Code for Sustainable Homes assessor. Leigh has worked on a wide range of construction projects including; refurbishment, restoration, traditional and complex new build projects.
Terry established Jefferies in South Wales in 2008 and since that time has grown the business and opened a Midlands region. From a trade background Terry understands the importance of both a quality end product and the customer experience whilst works are undertaken. Terry continues to invest in the training and development of his workforce to maintain an efficient and capable team.
Gas Safe Register is the official gas registration body for the UK, Isle of Man & Guernsey. By law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain and Isle of Man on 1/4/2009 and Northern Ireland and Guernsey on 1/4/2010.
