Contacted Jamie because of a rat problem which i thought could be coming from the drains. Jamie experience was pretty much able to diagnose it over the phone, arranged a very professional and affordable survey shared all the data/photos/videos, so if i wanted i could have got multiple quotes and opinions on the proposed work, didn't need to because the price was fair and the professionalism shown convinced me he would get the works done. Works carried out efficiently and with minimum fuss, and 2 months on I've not heard a rat, and the garden even smells a little better which is a nice bonus. Additionally

Excellent Service they deserve more than 5 stars. You will never find a more honest, professional, reliable and prompt service like these guys. I was worried about how they were going to access the manhole which was underneath concrete slabs in the garden, and without any issue Jamie was able to remove the slab and get the CCTV started. After a thorough check he was able to confirm that our drains are fine and no further work needs to be done.

Standing out substantially from what has seemed the constant stream of delays, excuses, and anxieties from nearly every other service provider we've used during our home refurbishments, JSD Solutions provided us a brilliant, efficient, accommodating, and hassle-free service, and at a very reasonable price. Mandy, booking the service for us, was just lovely, and thoughtfully went out of her way to schedule around our kitchen fitting. The gents who came to do the survey proper turned up bang on time, and were friendly, tidy, and worked calmly around the oddities of an old Victorian property. And
