Glenwood Designs are a bespoke design company who design, craft and install beautiful fitted kitchens and interiors for clients all over Ireland. Born from a passion of design and a desire to create beautiful furniture, JB Kitchens was originally established in 1987. In more recent times, to reflect the company's ambitions and newly emerging father and son dynamic, Glenwood Design Ltd was founded.
The company has since evolved into an integrated design and manufacturing service, combining traditional construction methods with modern design innovation. The company benefits from a unique blend of expertise and backgrounds, spanning across architecture, interior design, furniture design and carpentry.

Call into our studio for catchup anytime, whether you want some friendly advice or if you've finally decided to get the ball the rolling on your dream kitchen or interior. If you're hoping to get more design specific advice, then we advise for you to make an appointment prior to your visit. Key to the success of any design project is having the ability to working together to reach a common goal.
Once we have received the dimensioned plans, we can begin working on some early conceptual sketches to illustrate our design thinking and how best to use the space. This stage is all about getting off on the right foot. At this stage, we tend to concentrate on the actual layout, the planning of the space and how your project fits within your overall home, rather than how the kitchen will look.
Once the deposit has been paid, we can organise with you to visit your home to carry out an accurate survey of the site. We will also get a better sense of the environment and the role the space has in your overall home. At this stage, it would be great if you could identify the design and construction team members, so that things run smoothly.
