If you have been Notified of your order being Ready for Collection then we recommend that you book a Time Slot below before arriving to avoid any delays that may occur due to Staff Availability, Picking Times, and Order Preperation.

Terrible, terrible service. Would not recommend. Unresponsive, uncommunicative. Ordered samples through their StudioTile site on the 23rd of May and over a month later(26th of June) have not received tiles. Have had no communication from the company regarding when we will receive them and have to go directly to their chat function to request updates. The past three times I have done this they have told me that my tiles are 'processed and will be dispatched'. It has been a week since they last told me this lie and still no tiles hence I am leaving this review. Will be shopping with one of their

Came to Tile Studio after never quite finding what we wanted at the big national chain places (Topps Tiles, Tile Giant, Wickes etc) Awesome choice of tiles... bigger selection than you could ever need - if you can't find the tile you're after here then it probably doesn't exist (seriously) 😄 The staff were super nice, helpful and knowledgeable, but without any pressure. Will certainly be visiting for the rest of our renovation project!
