Stu got in touch to let me know in advance about what to expect from his visit with coronavirus measures in place, and again to let me know he would be slightly early (as his last job had been cancelled) - great communication.
His polite and diligent approach instills confidence, and he explained what he was doing at each stage, as well as the results of the boiler service and what they meant.

Have used Stuart for the last 5 years for all my gas heating needs and have never been disappointed. Stuart always turns up when he says he will. Is polite, professional and very clean.
