Services
John Franklin is the showroom to visit if you are looking for an exclusively designed new bathroom. With products from many leading brands and partnerships with a variety of companies such as RAK, Scudo, Phoenix, Mira, Merlyn, and Karndean your beautiful bathroom can be designed to suit your needs exactly.
We are often asked to undertake work that does not involve a completely new kitchen or bathroom. This includes updating existing kitchens, replacing baths with showers, designing and making built in wardrobes or bookshelves and units for a home office or study. We often replace existing doors with our made to measure designs and a kitchen can be easily updated by replacing laminate worksurfaces with modern quartz or granite.

Apologies for the massive delay in the review. Life has a nasty habit of getting in the way and making me forget certain aspects. We had a very beautiful kitchen installed with a specific budget. The whole process was managed very well and the hic ups or little surprises that occurred (as you can never stop them), were solved and sorted without delay or without compromising the quality. Thanks guys we will call on you again no doubt

We chose John Franklin initially because they were good value for money, had an informative true to life showroom that really helped to visualise things and because Jane, our lovely Kitchen Designer,… was so helpful and approachable.
However the great experience didn't stop there. The installation started on time with Dave making sure all was well on day one and then leaving us in the very capable hands of Pete, with additional help from Jason as required. As with all of the team Pete showed great attention to detail and patience when watching us deliberate over such details as where

We had no hesitation about asking Sue to design another kitchen for us, in our new (180 years old!) home. We didn't require many units, as we had a large walk-in larder - the wall of units are pleasing on the eye with curves. We love the deep 'pan' drawers - much easier for finding items. We feel we have a truly bespoke kitchen, and we're very grateful to Sue and her team for their skill & workmanship - including Ashley Hill & Steve Dibben.

A big thank you to Sue Franklin and her team for a wonderful job, well done. After 20 years our tired old kitchen needed resuscitation and indeed major surgery. It's functionality was hampered by an ill-placed redundant wall of which The Donald would be proud. So the idea was to rip it down (gulp), to open up the whole area and give the kitchen a… fresh new look. However, due to budget restrictions, replacing everything was not an option. We wanted to keep the good and ditch the bad. Sue listened to our thoughts and then quickly returned with a cunning plan. She offered suggestions for replacing
