Ordered 2 Animated Halloween props. Both arrived with the battery box screws missing. 1 has a witches staff that you put together using 4 pieces. The most detailed part of the staff was missing which is approx 30cm. Tried to liaise with staff who whilst responsive offered £11 off when I'd spent £190 in total, and £119 on the item with the missing part. This missing part impacts the overall look and I was willing with the refund to try have this section rebuilt. Naturally I won't accept £11. Both products didn't arrive in their original boxes, both had missing items. I felt £30 was more reasonable

If you purchase for next day delivery it may not ever come - I bought something from here and paid for next day delivery and 3 days later I am still waiting for it and really need the purchase for an event which I am now going to loose money on as I haven't got the correct equipment.
It's not great and I will not be returning be warned.

I have found this shop to be one of the best for customer service that I have come across in ages. They do what they say, and the customer is always put ahead of profit, truly exceptional in this day and age. I would recommend them to anyone.

AVOID! You only have 30-days to report any faults cosmetic or otherwise if you require a refund! even if fulfilled by @AmazonUK Prime!. I apealed to Simply Sound and Light at length after finding a fault but being extremely ill with chronic pain diseases delayed everything. The item remained boxed and untouched while I recovered. Simply sound and light have offered me no grace or refund and even the Manager Nick Furze implying I caused the damage! I found the manager Cold and heartless. I was being absolitely honest in my findings! The item despite finding faults out of the box was photographed

Fast delivery, well packaged, good service provided by the courier although I would have liked to know at some point when/what day they were delivering. Other than that price was good and was exactly what I needed. Website was helpful and helped me choose the right item for my needs. Thank you.

Bought a b grade swarm wash on ebay off these. Turns out after 2 weeks outta warranty the rotating mirror arm broke in half.after further investigation the seals at back was broke also suggesting they've been inside it beforehand. Not as it was advertised as ripped box. only started using it from November. Has I've built up the equipment during last 18 months. Not happy is a understatement. Notice their reply below already done that over phone. and it was not advertised as refurbished it was advertised as ripped or torn box. Met these guys are BPM 2019. The service we recieved was fantastic! Sim really impressed us with his customer service, which was one of the reasons we brought from you guys. As new customers, we were treated like we were a regular customer, relaxed, chilled vibe and never felt pressured to purchase.
