I had been introduced to FinePoint by my brother in law as they had completed his sliding doors a year prior. After seeing their lovely showroom and receiving a price on the spot, I decided to go ahead with Anant and the team. My infiniglide3 doors were in production within a week of me placing the order and Dhruv maintained contact with me with regular updates of the production. They're installed now and run smoothly a year on from completion. Great doors and nice staff

First of all we are highly recommending not to use this Company or their services. As Chris Newman said on his review about Fine Point Glass, "miserable communication after signing; unreliable in regard to installation date; lying", and believe me, everything he said is true. See also the reviews of Jakub Miki, Katerina Botseva, A Clair, etc. In addition to that, I would say no respect for the clients and poor communication. We placed the order and paid the deposit on 21/05/2020. No survey or communication happened in 2 weeks time after that. We had the project delayed over 6 weeks. Finally, they

Do not under any circumstances employ Finepoint Glass to supply and install windows and glazing.
We had a tortuous experience in design and approvals stretching over months.
When finally approved their performance didn't get any better, trying to talk to the project manager was next to impossible with numerous unanswered calls, calls not returned and emails ignored.
The manufacturing process was slow in the extreme.
Installation was slow with multiple visits to site.
Communication with the fitters was difficult as most didn't speak English or at best it was limited.
The lack of performance

Finepoint recently installed 2 Infinglide 6 doors at my house, we visited the showroom to see the doors and it was great to see the factory where the doors would be made. When the order was placed the drawings were sent within a few days and the survey a week later. The installers were polite and the finished doors look amazing.

We were looking for a premium product i.e. Infiniglide 3 series sliding door for our new home but we have also received a premium service.
Anant (director) was very prompt in his replies which assured me that this is the company to deal with. Dhruv (Sales Manager) has been very helpful in responding to all my queries and requests even after the order was placed!
Can't forget Lovely and Shruti who have also been most helpful making sure that the payment and technical drawings were accurate.

We appointed Finepoint for a large glazing package, we visited their showroom and was highly impressed by the quality and the factory. The finer details were agreed during this visit where we opted for solar control glass as advised due to the location of the large sliding doors.
The design team were very helpful when discussing the construction details with my builder and the end result is perfect.

Excellent design, product and manufacturing capabilities. I also visited their manufacturing site to see how they work. We had 3 products for them to do, each of which were more complicated than usual. They were up for the challenge, reasonable on price and helpful in installation and after service. Very few of their peers could meet that. Owner took personal interest through the project and was prompt and responsive.
