We've made a storage estimator/calculator below to help deciding what size storage unit will be required. All of our units have an approximate height of 8 feet (many are taller than this). 1 Amount of bedrooms your current house has. 2) The amount of boxes that you wish to put into storage (based on box size of 457x330x330mm, 18x12x12).
Whatever your circumstances if you need to store anything we offer great prices (below). Our outdoor storage caters for cars, caravans, vans, trailers and we also have containers. Our indoor storage units (lock-ups) come in a variety of sizes, they are secure, dry and clean and you can access your unit at any time to suit you.

I had a trouble free 18 months at The Storage Works, renting office and storage space. The management and organisation are very efficient which provides the hassle free facility to get on with day to day business. One stand out feature was communication from the owner, who always responded promptly and amicably. Security is also thorough which is very reassuring. All in all an excellent facility. Thank you.

Great facilities and superb customer service. I rented a unit here for several months including over the winter period. Units are clean and dry. Access is available 24/7 yet very secure. Special mention for Sam who was always very friendly and helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend without hesitation.

Following the amalgamation of 2 houses into 1, we used The Storage Works to store furniture etc till we decided what to do with it.... setting up the contract was easy enough, and all done online.... When we looked around, we did not notice that there was no lift, only when we came to store our items.... this proved an issue for me with having health issues, and it meant I could not go to the unit on my own, as I would not be able to manhandle the items down the stairs, so had to wait for my partner each time.... when we queried the lift with Sam, he did offer to refund immediately, but as I said

I was in the process of moving house a while ago and I was in desperate need for some storage. I contacted the storage works via the telephone and the staff told me everything I needed to know and arranged an appointment that suited me.
The sign up was easy, the prices are great and the site is so much more secure than other storage sites I have seen in the past. There is descent free parking and the site is very easy to find.
There was no hassle when I left and no hidden charges. This is the first company I would think of if I ever need storage
