I contacted Robert in regards to upgrading my aging heating system. He came out quickly to survey and provided me with quote detailing different boiler options inclusive of extended warranties. He spent time going through my options with the quotes being very reasonable.
He carried out the works professionally and neatly, we are delighted with it!

Called on a Saturday morning due to heating not working. Came out very quickly and was able to diagnose the problem within 10 mins. Thankfully he was able to replace the faulty part and complete the job in one visit. Very courteous and respectful (removed shoes to protect carpets). Would definitely recommend and have kept his number for any future plumbing or heating jobs.

On the day of installation Robert was punctual and worked on until the job was done. He tided up after himself and talked me through the new controls.
Throughout the process Roberts communication has been great. He has responded to any queries I had and he's followed up to ensure everything was okay.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Robert to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable plumber.
