Got my dpf and egr deleted took 2 days with it and then when got it back home engine light on so phoned and spoke to Mike who said need to get engine code so I did and it turned out they had left one wire off for my water pump and also they had chopped my lambda sensor to which he said we could not unbolt it and had to cut and reconnect it using cheap push connections without any solder or heat shrink and now it’s leaking oil from the oil feed or return so now I have decided not to return to these to sort and take it to a specialist for a full report and then take legal action

I had a problem , with my CRV CDTI. It was an intermittent Starting /non starting fault. Powertune's ECU doctor, diagnosed an ECU Fault , and advised they could obtain a secondhand ECU, with the same part number and 'clone' it . This was all done within 7 working days , and solved the problem . I no longer have a two ton paperweight , but a working car.
OK , the gent that works in the unit , seems to have had a very successful charisma by pass operation. But, the lady behind the counter was most pleasant and helpful.

Disgraceful service. Let me go on to explain my dissatisfaction. The owner of this company will no doubt give their opinion but, as god is my witness, NEVER EVER use this company if you value your car AND, your wallet.
Upon being recommended this so called company, I took my car in with what I initially believed to be a problem with my EGR. After having left my car with them for nearly a week (They didnt even bother calling me so, I called them) I was told they couldn't work out what was up with my car, I owed them £400.
