Don't waste your money. Pictures on website look great but that is not what you recieve and i echo the other bad reviews for customer service. See my photo's.
Bought internal bi-folding doors for renovation with experienced builders installing them for me. The white primer has leaked and imbeded on the frosted side of glass, if masking had been used, it was removed with a blunt knife leaving a poor finish
After complaining i was advised to clean it myself with methylated spirits which doesnt work and ive tried many other products and combinations. Apart from a "good will" gesture of offering

When I ordered my bifold doors I was told that there was a six to eight week delivery time which was fine, they have arrived within this timeframe, everything looks great all the parts are there , have oiled the doors and am now waiting for my joiner to install them. Would recommend this company to friends.

I wanted to give this company zero stars, but the system requires I give it at least one!
This is, by far, the worst company I have dealt.. Despite having ordered and paid for 3m by 2m panes and doors in July 2021, and promised they would be delivered on 16 September, I am still waiting for delivery.
Vibrant Doors barely provided any customer service or updates until I literally chased them daily for an update.
Since then updates and solutions haven't been forthcoming.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are currently costing me significant amounts in additional costs because

As many others have experienced here - standards of customer service are pretty dreadful with this company. Doors delivered 3-4 weeks late with no adequate explanation despite clearly stating "In Stock" on their website (which means they *should* have been delivered in 72 hours). Call Centre staff were generally unhelpful when the situation was explained and unwilling to assist beyond saying "sorry but nothing we can do". Translation = not our problem.

They offer showroom viewings on Saturday by appointment but they ignore your booking request. If you call to book they say they will call back when they have checked someone is available, but they don't. And when you call again to find out whats going on they tell you they aren't currently doing Saturday viewings. Why not tell me that in the first place? This has happened twice now. Not really presenting themselves in the best light. Probably a reflection of the quality of their products. Avoid
