Very helpful staff, especially Dave. The samples arrive quickly with DHL, the prices a low, but the quality is high. We had a delay on the project and the shop adjusted the delivery date last minute to accommodate our needs. Later when we were ready the floor boards arrived as expected, on time and not damaged. I would definitely recommend Easy Step Flooring, and will use this store again.

We bought SOLID OAK RONDO HANDSCRAPED GOLDEN TOBACCO OILED 18MM X 125MM from Easy Step Flooring. Great service and advise from Dave! Fast and worries free delivery at the convenient time. I was looking for good quality engineered wood flooring to cover an area of 106m2. Dave was extremely helpful and responsive to my needs. He recommended an AB Prime grade flooring at a great price. I had the flooring professionally installed and the fitters said the wood flooring is of excellent quality. Near to the end of the installation, the fitters bought to my attention that I needed 3 additional packs. I contacted Dave and he promptly arranged delivery the following day, excellent customer service

Absolutely over the moon with my engineered wood flooring, third time buying this stuff wish i'd been to Easy Step before, I rang late on a Friday was called back on Saturday , ended up visiting the showroom during the week and helped me pick one out. I was absolutely amazed all the boards were long planks , minimal knots and no defects or filling on the boards like ive seen elsewhere. Having previously paid much much more and been sold mixed lengths at other retailers. Please don't be fooled by high price tags and big brads elsewhere these guys are the absolute best in the business. The quality

July 2021 adding a few pics to my review. Two show the kitchen area installed end of 2019 and the other two show a bedroom done a good number of years before. Can hardly tell the difference between the two so proves the longevity and the quality Easy Step sell. Look at how well my installer managed to lay tile and wood flooring ideal to combine tile and wood for an open plan kitchen / living room. Again thanks to the team for the excellent service at the time especially Dave with his explanation of engineered and solid wood and after care of the product. Looks to me like this will last a lifetime

I only found one place that solid a similar product supposedly at a cheaper price but they were out of stock with no known due date. Everywhere else was more expensive.
