The business is now run by his sons Keith (London) and Graham (Herts/Beds) who have over 50 years experience in the industry between them. I ordered a garage door from these guys and waited 4 months for it to arrive. When it turned up to be installed it turns out they had ordered the wrong size and it was about 220mm off! As you can imagine, I was extremely disappointed, they offered me £100 off as an apology, but bearing in mind the order was a £2,400+ order I thought that was a bit poor.... and I would've still had to wait another 4 months as they'd have to order a new door again!
