I paid £181 for a 3 hr deep clean, steam clean of the carpet, and mattress and curtain clean.
I paid upfront for the service, at the cleaner's request when they arrived.
Instead of the service that was quoted, I received a very quick and basic surface level clean/tidy up.
The cleaner told me that they were leaving, and when I inspected the cleaning and objected based on the results (there were a lot of areas that had been left untouched and uncleaned at all) the cleaner gave excuses and said they would need to come back on another day to finish.
They were not interested in giving a decent
