I started in the industry in 1992 with a highly reputable local company. I was trained the old fashioned way gaining a good work ethic, invaluable experience and understanding the importance of doing things right first time. This has had a massive influence on my approach to business and so far has served me well.
When your boiler breaks down you want someone to react quickly, identify the issue and fix it. Most boiler repairs are fairly straight forward and can be attributed to a handful of issues, normally as a result of boiler services not being carried out on a regular basis. Excellent quality products, with a very nice, knowledgeable and helpful member of staff, Evelyn, who gave cogent and useful advice.
Easy parking at the front of the building and full protective measures in place to ensure a safe experience.
I'm changing the bathroom shortly so I think that Evelyn has made a strong case to go to Browns for the work I need to be completed.

We are so very happy we’ chosen this company to change our old boiler. The guys did an amazing job - a big big Thank you to Greig, who went above and beyond to get the job done. Thank you to Dan as well. They were punctual and very polite, tidied up after themselves, but honestly there was no need as they were very careful not to make a mess. We highly recommend this company and will use their services in the future, hopefully not that often :)

Full central heating system installed after removal of very old Baxi back boiler. We eventually went ahead with the installation after a few years of concern, hearing nightmare stories of other peoples experiences. Our fears were unfounded as Sean with his apprentice Baillie made sure there was the minimal of upset and fixed each radiator perfectly also the pipework to the boiler in the box-room is beautifully fitted. (as seen in the photos) We would recommend Sean to anyone needing expert and professional workmanship with pleasantries to match.

Sean was recommended by a friend as I prefer personal recommendations. We needed a new bathroom and I contacted Sean. He arrived on exactly the time advised and was very polite and informative. He sent a detailed estimate and we agreed to employ. Sean and Baillie turned up on the stipulated days and worked very hard. Davy the tiler then turned up and carried out a highly professional job. Sean then completed the bathroom and my wife said he worked tirelessly that day hardly stopping for a break. We are both highly delighted with the standard of work and the professional manner in which it was carried
