Today, we had our installation and we're extremely pleased with the communication from the entire team. Those who came for measurements showed us images of previously fitted doors, which nicely complemented the brochures. The team responsible for organizing the installation and the fitter were all professional, polite, efficient, and tidy. Upon the first encounter with the door, my partner immediately noticed the disappearance of drafts compared to the old one. We're delighted with the high quality and appearance of the door. Outstanding work by the Doncaster team's skilled fitters! They installed two new windows, replaced window glass, and expertly repaired a leaking bay window roof. The fitters were punctual, friendly, and polite, and efficiently disposed of the old windows. Their professionalism truly reflects well on the company. I'm so impressed that I'm now placing an order for a new back door.

Do not touch these their windows are sub standard,you will hear all traffic noise and people outside your house and the workmanship well if you can call it that. After service is shocking.Be warned I will be taking these to court to get my money back. I agree with all the other 1 star ratings, Notice there is no photos of the high quality 5 star reviews make your own mind up
