Services
A valuation is designed to confirm to your lender whether or not the property represents suitable security for your mortgage. It might recommend a retention on part of the loan due to defects in the property but is based on a limited inspection and should not be regarded as a survey report on the structure of the house.?

Our report was emailed to us the day following the survey. We were informed in the email that the surveyor was out of office until certain date. We thought this might cause some delays to our house purchasing. But to our surprise, our queries were dealt with prompt response from their secretary. We were then able to liaise the work needed to be done with the house owner. It was sorted despite the surveyor being away. The surveyor was happy to discuss further upon his return. The only downside is having no photos included in the report would need further clarification. The communication was excellent
