I needed to get some work done at my elderly mothers house and was delighted about how thoughtful they were to her, even rearranging work so as not to disturb her weekly coffee morning.
Having contacted the company to do the work, they provided a detailed quote quickly, and stuck to it. Ian, who runs the company, liaised with me at all times regarding the work, suggesting the best way to deal with issues and to ensure we were happy with the work.
