Unreliable. Let me down v. last minute. Carl had booked in to do a home-buyers drain survey the day before I was due to exchange on an property and he knew how important this was as we discussed this at length at the time of booking. I called up on the morning of the day he was due to carry out the survey, just to check what time he'd be there as the vendor was checking with me. I was simply told he wasn't going to do it due to broken down equipement (suggesting he has no back up equipment). He claimed he called and left a message to let me know -- I never received any and had no problems with
