We are a long established firm and have been helping local businesses with all their heating requirements since 1962! The company is now under new ownership - with husband and wife team Dan & Catherine Stratten now at the helm. By law all landlords must have gas appliances checked once a year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Once the check is completed, we provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate (CP12). Asbury provides comprehensive servicing of gas appliances for landlords and supply a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate.
