Poor service, not responsive, broken shower and boiler that they will not fix although under warranty. I cant believe how they have treated my family member. Please do not use this service!!!!

I should've left feedback last year as well. Excellent service, fast response.
Last year my boiler broke down on the only winter morning... Nigel was out the same day to look, and back the next day with the part to fix it. Two weeks later he did a thorough service (not had one for years, so he had his job cut out...).
This year he only had to return to do a landlord's certificate. He fitted me in for an early morning appointment two days later as I was very short of time.
I can only recommend!!
